| Abstract | A community-based cross-sectional study design was conducted from March 10 to April 10, 2019 to recruit 421 samples using a systematic sampling technique. The questionnaire was comprised of socio-demographic, food safety and hygiene practices, the environment surrounding the vending site, stall, and production assessing questions. The data were collected using an interviewer-administered questionnaire with an observational checklist. The collected data were entered into EPI Data and analyzed by R software. The dataset is available in SPSS format |
