Abstract

This dataset tracks a 5-year retrospective cohort of 451 adult HIV/AIDS patients newly enrolled in chronic HIV care clinics from July 2010 to May 2015. It compiles patient socio-demographic indicators, clinical markers (WHO stage, CD4 count, BMI, hemoglobin level), preventive therapies (IPT, CPT), and clinical follow-up tracking. The structured data measures the longitudinal incidence density and predictive hazard risks of developing active Tuberculosis co-infection
