| Abstract | The study titled "Healthcare Leadership Effectiveness and Associated Factors Among Managers Working in Public Health Institutions of Addis Ababa, 2023" employed an institutional-based cross-sectional design using WHO facility sampling techniques. The dependent variable was healthcare leadership effectiveness, and independent variables included emotional intelligence, leadership style, educational level, and work experience. A total of 420 managers were selected by simple random sampling, with 397 responding. Data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire, entered into EpiData version 4.6, and analyzed using SPSS version 26. Binary logistic regression was used to determine factors associated with leadership effectiveness. |
