| Abstract | This dataset contains Guinea Worm Disease (GWD) surveillance information collected in the Abobo Woreda during 2020-2025, focusing on public awareness regarding cash reward programs for reporting suspected human and animal cases. The collection includes raw survey records detailing demographic characteristics (age, sex, occupation) and geographic data (village, Kebele, coordinates) of respondents, alongside their specific knowledge of GWD prevention and reward incentives. Complementing the primary survey data are summary analysis tables that evaluate monthly trends in reward awareness and reference lists characterizing the study locations, collectively serving as a resource for monitoring disease surveillance efficacy and public health outreach efforts in the region. And the data is cleaned and available by Excel. |
