| Abstract | A facility-based cross-sectional survey was conducted in 1,407 health facilities selected from among two city administrations and nine regional of Ethiopia except Tigray region between 11 August 2021 to 4 February 2022. The objective of the survey was to provide national and sub-national information on the availability and delivery of health care services in Ethiopia and to examine the readiness of facilities to provide quality health services in the areas of child health, maternal and newborn care, family planning, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), malaria, and other diseases such as NCDs and NTDs. This specific dataset from this survey captures information about the clinical assessment and treatment of children under age 5 for common illnesses (Pneumonia, Diarrhea, Malaria). Includes exit interviews with caretakers |
