| Abstract | The source of this data for the study is individual patient record documents including registers and monitoring cards and patient admission book. Data was collected by using structured checklist. The check list was developed from standard treatment protocol for the treatment of HIV/AIDS, registration log book, monitoring chart and reviewing related literatures to collect the required individual information from the relevant documents. .After data collection, each questionnaire was checked for completeness and consistency by the principal investigators and supervisors. Data were cleaned, edited, coded and entered into Epi data version 3.1 and exported to SPSS version 25, then Exploratory data analysis was carried out to check the levels of missing values, presence of influential outliers, multi-collinearity, and proportionality of hazards over time. In case if any of this present measure were taken accordingly. Bivariate analysis will be done to identify associations between dependent and independent variables. Hazard ratio, 95%CI and P-value were used to assess the strength of association and statistical significance. This data contain SPPSS and report resource and can be shared by requesting BRHDMC |
