The EPHI provides the data to recipient solely for the research or evaluation, and publication or distribution described in the data request form or research proposal submitted to the research review committee and for no other purpose. Recipient may not publish or distribute, or conduct any other research or evaluation involving the data in any way, without making a request to and procuring the consent of the EPHI regarding such other research or evaluation. Recipient agrees to use appropriate safeguards to protect the data from misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure, including, without limitation, maintaining adequate physical controls and password protections for any server or system on which the data may reside and taking any other measures reasonably necessary to prevent any use or disclosure of the data other than as provided in this agreement. Data recipient agrees to report (within ten (10) days of discovery) to the EPHI any use or disclosure of the data set (or components) not provided for by this agreement, including without limitation, any disclosure of the data set (or components) to an unauthorized subcontractor. All data transferred to shall remain the property of EPHI and shall be returned / destroyed upon termination of the agreements. No personal identifiers included in the data set. If and when the recipient produces a written work, including but not limited to a research report, that uses the shared data, EPHI shall be acknowledged. This agreement is expressly made subject to all laws and regulations of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to any choice of law principles. The terms and provisions of this agreement represent the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. The undersigned individuals represent that they are fully authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the respective parties, perform the obligations under this agreement, and make all representations, warranties, and grants as set forth here in. NDMC received health and health related data from EPHI Directorates, NGOs, Government organizations and associations. Data received by the highly secured system by providing the data submission link and password. Data owners can easily put the large data without restriction to NDMC on the link and password provided. On the same time NDMC is also sharing data to requesters, if necessary, requirements fulfilled based on the EPHI data sharing policy. After they finished the data sharing process, the link and password given to requesters to easily access the data.

NDMC Weekly Update

In this section covid-19 situational updates including a total number of cases, total deaths, and recovered cases described. The global and regional burden of Covid- 19 was also described here. In this covid -19 weekly update, all newly released covid 19 updates were incorporated. In addition to this home-based isolation and care weekly reports, number of admissions from home-based to hospital, number of cases discharged from hospital to home-based care were clearly described. Training, supplies, and any events that occurred related to covid 19 were described in detail.

NPI Weekly Update

Non-pharmaceutical intervention (NPI) weekly update is a covid 19 study update on monitoring COVID-19 prevention practice: Hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and physical distance in 15 cities of Ethiopia conducted by Addis Ababa University. It contains weekly study findings on the city level proportions of preventive behavior for hand hygiene, physical distancing, and respiratory hygiene and progress in preventive practices.

SITREP report is a daily COVID 19 report from the Ethiopian public health institute in public health emergency management directorates. COVID 19 daily report contains the global and national daily updates on the number of laboratory tests, new covid cases, new death, and recovered cases described.
