| Abstract | A mixed facility-based study was conducted among 772 health facilities and offices in Amhara, Oromia, SNNP, and Tigray Regions of Ethiopia between June 03, 2019, to July 09, 2019. The objective of this end-line survey was to assess the availability of essential child health commodities, mainly Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS), Zinc, Amoxicillin Dispersible Tablets (Amox DT), and supply chain management system status against the baseline assessment results that were conducted in December 2015. The finding of this survey revealed the following.

| Description | This dataset on End line Assessment Report On the Availability of Essential Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health Commodities was produced by a health facility-based survey in Amhara, Oromia, SNNP, and Tigray Regions of Ethiopia conducted from June 03, 2019, to July 09, 2019. About 772 (314 health centers (HC), 316 health posts (HP), 129 woreda health offices (WoHO), and 13 EPSA hubs) randomly selected health facilities were included in the study. The data entry was taken oven by Survey CTO and SPSS version-24 statistical software for windows was used for analysis. This data set captures information on the training on DTC, training to pharmacy head, availability of commodities, and availability of ORS, Zinc, and Amox DT 250mg. Generally, the objective of this end-line survey was to assess the availability of essential child health commodities, mainly Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS), Zinc, and Amoxicillin Dispersible Tablets (Amox DT), and supply chain management system status against the baseline assessment results that were conducted in December 2015. |
